Nicole Scherzinger `set for beach wedding`
Nicole Scherzinger is reportedly planning a beach wedding after Lewis Hamilton proposed in secret.
The 32-year-old Pussycat Dolls singer has been dating the 25-year-old Formula One driver since 2008. They split earlier this year, but quickly reconciled.
Nicole has now told friends she and Lewis are secretly engaged, after he popped the question soon after the she won US television show Dancing with the Stars in May
"He has asked me lots of times before to marry him but it was only after all the support he gave me in Dancing with the Stars that I agreed," British magazine Hello! quotes Nicole as telling a close friend.
The pair are now reportedly planning an intimate beach wedding after the end of the current Formula One season in November. Nicole is keen for the nuptials to be as romantic as some of her favourite film scenes, and is planning a star-studded after-party in London to celebrate the marriage.
"She wants it to be like in a movie - the waves, the driftwood... so romantic," the pal told the publication. "And after the wedding they want a big party for all their friends at their favourite haunt - The Dorchester hotel in London."
